Program Management and Craftsmanship Leadership of a $1B Lincoln Interior Program: He led a team of 100 engineers and 50 suppliers, meeting all performance metrics. The program was awarded Motor Trend Car of the Year – North America.
Product Engineering Leadership of global programs supporting $600M on multiple projects: Scott led teams of 150 engineers and designers, steering products from the studio through launch. His team received the General Manager’s Excellence Award for simultaneously launching a cockpit in four plants, and they were runners-up for Motor Trend Car of the Year in Europe.
Manufacturing Engineering Leadership across plants in the US, Mexico, and Europe: He oversaw an $800M UAW facility that supplied 3 million instrument panel assemblies to 15 plants and led the first sequenced build of Cockpits in North America for an OEM.
